Online Groups

These online groups are open to anyone interested in this approach to meditation. Some groups meet on an ongoing basis and other groups meet for 1-3 months at time. Please contact Linda if you would like to be in a group.

Reflection Groups

1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 6-7pm PT with Linda (waiting list)
2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 8-9am PT with Linda and/or Bill Cooper

These meetings are good opportunities for you to share your meditation sittings and listen to other people talk about theirs. We suggest you have your meditation journal handy when you log in to the meeting. You don’t have to share, but you may want to at some point during the meeting.

Meditation and Discussion Groups

2nd and 4th Thursdays, 5-6:30pm PT with Linda
2nd and 4th Fridays, 4-5:30pm PT with Linda (waiting list)

We will begin with an introduction and short dharma talk, followed by a 40 minute sitting with time to journal afterwards. We will have time for reflections upon your meditation sittings and/or dharma discussion before we end.
