Anubhuti Meditation and Retreat Center (near San Francisco)
More information about Anubhuti Retreat Center
Whether you are new to meditation or have a long-term practice, our meditation retreats are held within an open and flexible schedule, allowing you to participate at your own level. All retreats will be held in quiet with talking during the groups and discussions, or by arrangement with individuals talking a walk away from the quiet areas. There are times in the schedule for free time, reading, or other exercise. Vegetarian meals will be served. By allowing your life into your meditation practice, you will leave this retreat with a greater understanding of mindfulness, and be able to recognize and incorporate the beneficial qualities that develop in a flexible meditation practice.
We offer retreats in silence with several meditation sittings per day, Dharma talks and discussion, along with small group interviews where each person will have the opportunity to explore and investigate what they are aware of in the meditation sitting, and listen to others do the same.
We have combined our registration fees and dana as a range, rather than setting one amount to cover expenses with a request for an additional donation for the teachings. This range includes room fees, meals, and dana for the teachings.
The low end of the range covers only out-of-pocket expenses for the retreat center and teachers, along with a small stipend for the teachings. Payment at the higher ranges support the living expenses of the teachers, the Sati Sangha community, and students experiencing financial challenges.
We do not want to turn anyone away for lack of financial resources. Those who cannot afford the lowest range should talk to Linda or Janet; we will find a way to work it out.

Fees and Dana Range: $740-1280
