Sati Sangha: Reflective Meditation is a thoughtful and creative take on meditation, mindfulness, and being still.

Sati Sangha’s mission is to support and foster greater self-understanding and spiritual development through Reflective Meditation practice combined with the study of early Buddhist teachings.
We offer both local and online communities, meditation retreats, and a mentorship program for those aspiring to teach this meditation practice in their own communities.

DAILY ONLINE GROUP
From Sati Sangha and Pine Street Sangha

We don’t know how long this period of social distancing will last: these times are stressful and fear can easily consume us. Nelly Kaufer and I would like to share our reflective meditation practice with you as a refuge and a time for daily connection. We’re offering an open meditation group to both our communities.

Introducing Piti Sangha

Piti Sangha is a partnership between Pine Street Sangha and Sati Sangha, formed through the Daily Online Sangha which was started in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Beginning on Monday, July 12 from 5:00 to 6:00pm Pacific time, Piti Sangha will offer an opportunity for practitioners familiar with Reflective Meditation to participate in a drop-in group to explore your experience in meditation.

This weekly reflection and inter~view group will be led by Reflection Meditation mentees and teachers, and supervised by Linda Modaro and Nelly Kaufer.

The group will meditate together for 15 minutes, followed by reflection, either by journaling or simply remembering your sitting. The last 30 minutes will be spent inter~viewing a few participants about their meditation experience. Please come with a curious mind, an open heart, and your journal of recent meditation sittings.

*The schedule for this ongoing, drop-in group is intended to accommodate practitioners in both North America and Australia/New Zealand. We will meet weekly on Mondays from 5:00 to 6:00pm Pacific time (excepting holidays and short breaks) beginning on Monday, July 12 (US) / Tuesday, July 13 (AU).
