These online groups are open to anyone interested in this approach to meditation. There are openings in the groups listed below, and new groups are formed regularly.
Ongoing 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 8-9am PT with Linda and/or Bill Cooper
These meetings are good opportunities for you to share your meditation sittings and listen to other people talk about theirs. We suggest you have your meditation journal handy when you log in to the meeting. You don’t have to share, but you may want to at some point during the meeting.
Meditation and Reflection Groups
Ongoing 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 6-7:30pm PT with Linda
Ongoing 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 5-6:30pm PT with Linda
We will begin with an introduction and short dharma talk, followed by a 20-30 minute sitting with time to journal afterwards. We will have time for reflections upon your meditation sittings and/or dharma discussion before we end.
Suggested donation: $10-50 per meeting. We encourage regular students to make an ongoing commitment with a monthly pledge.
