Please note the time change: 9am to 10:15am
- Check the weather before attending - class will be cancelled if too much wind or rain.
- Dress in layers, bring warm clothes and a blanket in winter months.
- Chairs for meditation provided. Bring blankets or yoga matts if you want to be on the ground.
- Bring a journal for recording your meditation experience.

Transition into Reflective Meditation, an inclusive and nurturing silent practice designed to deepen your connection to yourself, nature, and your surroundings.

- FREE PARKING: GPS will take you to the MAIN GATES which are closed! Open parking lot is on the other side of the bridge across from OLD PLACE. After you park, follow the trail and walk across the bridge to enter to the large shaded area where will meet. Restrooms will be open.

Meet Your Teachers
Linda Modaro, L.Ac.
Linda Modaro is the founder and lead teacher at Sati Sangha, a vibrant online meditation community that offers daily virtual meditation sittings and online retreats throughout the year. Linda in collaboration with Nelly Kaufer of Pine Street Sangha co-authored Reflective Meditation: Cultivating Kindness and Curiosity in the Buddha’s Company.
Linda began teaching Buddhist meditation in 2008. Previous to that, she had a thriving acupuncture practice in Santa Monica, California, for more than 20 years. A master of Qi Gong, Linda also created a best-selling, four-part instructive Qi Gong video series called Discovering Chi: Energy Exercises
Kim Henderson
Kim Henderson has been practicing Reflective Meditation for over a decade. She is currently training with Sati Sangha to teach and offer Reflective Meditation. As a writer she develops impeccable, thoroughly researched blogs and articles for environmental and health and wellness advocacy. Author of the award-winning book, 50 Simple Steps to Save the World’s Rainforests.
